Digital Desk, New Delhi. Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi will participate in an important meeting with the leaders of G-20 countries today. This virtual meeting has been called by the current G20 President Italy. In this important meeting, special discussion will be held on the issue of Afghanistan. PM Modi will also present his side on Afghan. The Ministry of External Affairs informed that PM Modi will be a part of this conference on the invitation of Italy.

The Indian Ministry of External Affairs issued a statement in this regard, according to which the meeting will mainly discuss topics such as the supply of humanitarian needs and basic services for the people of Afghanistan, security and counter-terrorism, transportation facilities, immigration and human rights.

The ministry said that PM Modi had earlier also participated in the Shanghai Corporation Organization meeting on the issue of Afghanistan. Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar had attended the meeting of foreign ministers of G-20 countries convened in New York on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
