Digital Desk, Dubai. The warm-up match schedule of India’s T20 World Cup 2021 has been changed. Initially, Virat Kohli’s team was to play England on 18 October followed by Australia on 20 October.
According to the new schedule, on October 18, the Indian team will face Australia in Dubai at 7:30 pm (IST). The Indian cricket team’s second T20 World Cup practice match will be against South Africa in Dubai on October 20. The match between India and South Africa will start from 7:30 pm (IST).
Apart from the opponents, another change that has been made in India’s practice matches is the location of both the matches. As per the earlier schedule, the Dubai International Cricket Stadium was supposed to host both India’s practice matches. But, the matches will now take place at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai.
Meanwhile, the England cricket team will now play their first warm-up match against Pakistan at Tolerance Oval on October 18. Their second warm-up match will be against New Zealand in Abu Dhabi on October 20.
